Antifouling
Properly prepped, properly applied antifouling that protects the hull, keeps fuel use down, and lasts the season it was rated for.
Overview
Antifouling is mostly about preparation.
Most antifouling failures are not about the paint. They are about what was, or was not, done before the brush touched the hull. Loose existing layers, contamination, or the wrong primer combination, and even the best antifoul peels off by mid-season.
We scope each hull individually. Where the existing paint is sound, it gets cleaned, abraded, and overcoated. Where it is past its life, it gets stripped back and built up properly with the right primer system for the substrate.
Product is matched to your water type and use. Inland fresh water, tidal, fast or slow boats, season afloat or seasonal lift, all need different paint. You get a recommendation, not just whatever is on the shelf.
