Compound polishing
Cut, polish, and seal to bring tired, oxidised gelcoat back to a deep, even shine, and to protect the surface so it stays that way.
Overview
Most dull hulls are not past saving.
Gelcoat oxidises. UV and weather break down the surface, the colour fades, and the hull starts to look chalky. The good news is that most of that surface is still there, just under a thin layer of dead material. Cut it back, polish it up, and the original colour and depth come back.
We work through hulls and topsides in stages: assessment first, then a small test panel, then the right combination of compound, polish, and sealant for the condition. Heavily oxidised gelcoat needs a different approach to a hull that just needs a refresh.
The finish is sealed at the end so the result lasts. Done well, a polish should hold its shine for one to two seasons depending on storage and use.

Assessment
Visit to see the actual condition of the gelcoat in daylight. A test panel proves what is achievable before you commit.
Quote
Honest quote based on the test panel result, the size of the boat, and what level of finish you want.
Polish
Worked in sections, in shaded conditions where possible. Tape lines protected, fittings worked round.
Seal and inspect
Final sealant, then a walk round in different light so you sign off the finish before the job is closed.
